Quality Check
Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unworn, and has all original brand tags attached; our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.
Package Pickup
Once approved, a courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days.
